Railwaymans Arms - Bridgnorth, Shropshire

The Railwayman’s Arms is a traditional real ale pub, located on platform 1 of Bridgnorth Railway station on the seven-valley railway. The pub has a lively mix of railway volunteers, locals and visitors from all around and can get very busy during the summer months. They serve a wide selection of draught beers, real ales, wines and spirits for your enjoyment. Real ales include Bathams Best and Hobsons, which are always available. To stop all customers from going hungry there is a wide selection of bar snacks available such as local pork pies and other pastries, locally sourced cave-age cheddar, along with an extensive range of other snacks. Tyrrells chips are one of the favourite bar snacks and are in very high demand. Every sixth Saturday there is a local acoustic band named Whalebare playing live, this night is a very popular night with everyone so make sure you get here early to avoid any disappointment. For everyone who has a special occasion coming up there is an outside marquee available by arrangement, so do not hesitate to enquire behind the bar for more information. A Visit is really recommended for this pub!
